YOUR ROLE

  • Deals with customer needs as first point of contact.
  • Strives for excellent customer service delivery.
  • Maintains detailed and up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Customer service basics( like order execution , commercial settlements )
  • SAP transaction execution SD module.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Any graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in customer service in Chemical company.  
  • Proactive thinking, flexibility.
  • Cooperation and analytical skills to work together with customer service team in the country •
  • Fully conversant in SAP (or similar) customer service related transactions and reporting functions .
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to withstand pressure 
  • Excellent organization & time management skills.
