YOUR ROLE

Job Purpose

  • 1. 为公司内部/外部客户提供优质,满意的服务。
  • 2. 协助主管执行部门工作规范、工作流程及各项管理制度, 优化客户服务流程。
  • 3. 订单准时足量满足。
  • 1. Provide high quality and satisfactory service to internal/external customers. 
  • 2. Support Team Lead/Supervisor to implement and optimize standard process and rules. 
  • 3. Fulfill orders to meet OTIF. 

Key Dimensions

  • 1. 客户销售订单管理包括需求识别,确认,及跟踪执行。
  • 2. 及时并妥善地处理客户的投诉,提供相关咨询。
  • 3. 协助销售/客户主管提供需要的信息及报告。
  • 1. Identify, confirm and follow up customer orders on time.
  • 2. Handle customer/sales requests properly and promptly. 
  • 3. Support Sales/CS leaders to provide necessary info. and reports. 

Principal Accountabilities

  • 负责处理客户订单,以及订单的跟踪,送货执行. 保证准时,足量的交付客户订单.
  • 将销售,客户的需求信息及时准确地传递到后勤部门,并推动后勤部门以满足客户需求
  • 与客户和销售沟通订单状况,及时回复客户与销售订单的状况
  • 协助办理其他相关商务流程事宜,并完成其他临时性工作和协作性工作.
  • 能积极指导部门新同事的工作, 为主管提供并设计并优化客户服务各种流程.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Fluent English, Office files skill
  • college degree or above

  • 3-5 years working experience
