Key responsibilities:

  • To guarantee distribution of brands in a customer group target according to defined SHP commercial and brand strategies;
  • Development of the Sales Strategy of the defined area based on the identification of market opportunities;
  • Achievement of quantitative and qualitative SHP defined objectives;

Constant development of Sales Reps team in charge to guarantee achievement of its objectives:

  • Training and coaching;
  • Steering and motivating Functional responsibility for PPS TA;
  • Coordination of all tasks with other Departments (Customer Services, PPS, Marketing, Supply Chain);
  • To always follow SHP code of conduct guidelines;
  • Cross-functional coordination along sales targets;

Key activities:

Sales Reps. management and TA’s steering (main focus: people manager):

  • Strategy development of an specific Sales Area Activity Plan;
  • Clear and transparent SHP tasks transmission to the Sales Reps. team;
  • Definition, follow – up and monitoring of area objectives (KPIs);
  • Definition, follow – up and monitoring of individual Sales Reps. targets (KPIs);
  • Participate in a rotative way in joint customer visits with Sales Reps (~3 days per week);
  • Identification of potential customers for NCA Program Recruiting, coaching and training of Sales Reps (not PPS team);

Cross-functional coordination along sales targets:

  • Facilitate communication to Sen KAM & Wholesale Manager with regards to SR deployment;
  • Escalation echelon/ decision in case of conflict/s/need for re-prioritization;
  • Elaborate standard visit plan together with Sales Rep for all channels;
  • Decision on deployment of TA in case of conflicts;

Administration tasks:

  • Ensure the efficient Sales Reps. route planning;
  • Deliver competitors information to the Sales Director / Country Manager Regular reporting to Sal. Director / GM about key HR, customer, market, commercial and PPS activities;

Contact and coordinator role with other SHP departments in an open and pro active level Interaction with selective customers:

  • Prestige accounts negotiation (with Sales Reps; existing and new customers);
  • Support to Sales Reps in specific problem solving with existing customers;
  • Trade marketing budget management;
