E-Commerce Support Senior Specialist

YOUR ROLE

  • Respond to all consumer reviews and questions on key Henkel Adhesive Consumer North America retailer websites: The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart, and Amazon
  • Understand what consumer experience with our products and brands through these retailer website interactions
  • Create reports and insights by mining consumer interactions for opportunities, trends and insights on product performance, brand positioning, use cases, etc.
  • Follow the escalation process for critical topics to redirect to key contact or Technical Customer Service Department (TCS) team

YOUR SKILLS

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience in e-commerce customer service/support
  • Has excellent communication skills; Must be a team player, natural networker, fast thinker, solution oriented and creative in finding solutions
  • An in-depth understanding & experience working on retailer platforms such as Vendor Central (Amazon) and Bazaarvoice (Home Depot, Lowe’s and Walmart) is desirable
  • Must be flexible to work on a midshift schedule
