  • Supervises, guides and develops subordinated SSC Specialists, SSC Experts and SSC Deputy Team Leads
  • Coordinates the operative SSC team to ensure correct and timely service delivery in the respective areas of the business or function
  • Ensures adherence to SLAs/KPIs and quality and speed of services using defined measurements
  • Supports and involves team members in different process areas, triggers process alignment and improvements proactively
  • Facilitates process delivery within the SSC or detailed elaboration of processes based on the global process frames
  • Organizes work schedule planning and ensures service continuity
  • Clarifies non-standard inquiries with respective counterparts
  • Supports proper maintenance and functionality of the IT modules related with the responsible operative area, in alignment with IT
  • Acts as de-escalation point and also de-escalates topics according to the respective de-escalation path
  • Fosters and ensures proper, proactive and effective comm-n of SSC operative team with the related business teams of countries in region
  • Ensures effectiveness, efficiency and engagement of the team and fosters improvements and process optimization initiatives


  • Graduated in Finance, Economy is preferable
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in General Accounting or other Finance department
  • Good communication and language skill (English)
  • Proactive, resilient, positive approach and open minded and know how to cope with pressure environment
  • Experience in managing Global projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum salary: 1800 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
