YOUR ROLE

  • Independent customer responsibility in the EIMEA region with the aim of strengthening and further developing them
  • First point of contact for all commercial and technical requests of the allocated customer portfolio
  • Support the team to perform Sales tasks smoothly with selected sales support tasks
  • Maintain (a) system(s) to track and follow up on outstanding topics in best interest of Henkel and service experience of the customers
  • Analysis of market dynamics, monitoring of KPIs and assessment of new growth opportunities
  • Prepare and deploy budget (NES), RFC, LBE for the assigned customer portfolio and maintain our project pipeline
  • Close cooperation with the other relevant internal departments to ensure optimal customer support 

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, chemistry, electronics or similar area
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales/marketing or business development
  • Experience in sales management and very good analytical and strategic skills
  • Joy in customer acquisition and customer communication
  • Strong digital affinity and secure use of MS Office/ SAP
  • Fluent German and English language skills
