Occupational Health Physician / Company Medical Doctor (d/f/m)

  • Act as company doctor in the headquarter of a global company, provide occupational medicine, medical care and health consulting for employees and act as site emergency physician
  • Provide workplace health promotion and health risk assessment regarding hazards in work processes, environment and raw materials
  • Prevent diseases and accidents caused due to professional occupation, fulfill delegated responsibilities, incl. occupational medicine, global health management, disability management, etc. and act as key contact person regarding medical care/health topics for a defined area at Henkel
  • Develop and improve the strategic, effective health system (global, regional, local) aligned with corporate health vision and regulations/law
  • Lead the team in your area of responsibility
  • Develop, implement and evaluate health programs and projects in the respective area, and steer health related projects 
  • Monitor compliance of health issues and legal health regulations
  • Ensure that all procedures are correctly recorded and reported
  • Support audits in respective areas


  • Licensed doctor/physician (d/f/m); it is required to obtain a license to practice in Germany
  • Several years of internal or general medical experience and, if possible, occupational medical experience (possibly also education ongoing to become a specialist)
  • Rescue service specialist qualification or additional qualification in emergency medicine
  • Interest in and commitment to preventive medicine and health management in a large company
  • Assuming responsibility potentially on international scale 
  • High affinity to procedural and planning tasks and project work as well as an innovative spirit and enthusiasm for learning and developing yourself and the department
  • High level of commitment, teamwork and social skills
  • Sound MS Office knowledge, fluent German and good written and spoken English
