YOUR ROLE

  • Support employees and help develop / implement HR practices, solutions and strategies for the respective Business Unit
  • Implement and manage designated HR projects and HR related internal and external communication
  • Identify and prepare development plans for the employees of the respective Business Unit
  • Steer salary review process for relevant Business Unit
  • Collect hiring requests and run recruitment process
  • Coordinate performance and talent management process and act as moderator locally
  • Manage promotion process for MC levels
  • Deliver and execute HR processes, advise and support on policies accurately
  • Life Cycle Management for the respective Business Unit

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree
  • Advances English and MS Office skills
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge and experience with Labor legislation
  • Knowledge of SAP and payroll processes is advantage
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization locally
  • Flexible, enthusiastic and pro-active
