·Support the learning processes for employee’s personal development from the beginning on to the registration of the seminar.
·Execute defined procedures like organizing a training in our internal systems and learning management tools.
·Support in organizing trainings and seminars according to business needs and track training activities and cost.
·Act as the point of contact for employees and vendors offering continuous support.
·Ensure services are delivered in time and quality, according to the SLA.
·Interface and communicates with departments throughout the regions.
·Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
·Intermediate Excel (Pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros - desirable).
·Advanced English required
·Basic Intermediate Portuguese
·Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources or administrative related areas.
·Organization, Customer Service, Project Management and Innovation.
