B2B Customer Service Front Office Agent

YOUR ROLE

  • Manage customer orders and deliveries, providing high quality customer service
  • Take steps to ensure that customers receive their ordered goods in time and in desired quantity
  • Track customer open orders and shipments
  • Customer master data management
  • Customer complaints management and returns
  • Pricing management
  • Maintain customer relationship and cooperation with cross-functional teams (logistic, sales & marketing, demand & supply planning)
  • Basic IT maintenance and troubleshooting related to customer communication (e.g. EDI, webshop)
  • Bring new ideas and innovations in area of B2B customer service for industrial and FMCG customers

YOUR SKILLS

  • Fluent Slovak or Czech language
  • Active knowledge of English language
  • Customer orientation and performance motivation
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and flexibility
  • Advanced digital skills in SAP, Excel, EDI or similar are advantages
  • Previous experience in Customer Service Cloud based CRMs is advantage

Minimum salary: 1200 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
