  • The Technical Sales Manager will lead strategic growth efforts for Henkel's Structural Adhesives business for the automotive industry by expanding sales of existing and future technologies to current and potential customers.
  • Identifies future market trends, develops product/service expectations, and translates them into business growth opportunities.
  • Supports Sales and Marketing with new technologies through deep understanding of the automotive customer and industry landscape.
  • Executes and customizes strategies for technology positioning and defines promotional needs with Marketing.
  • Performs cross-functional coordination of processes and departments, initiates and supports innovation projects.


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, or other technical background is required
  • 5+ years of experience with structural adhesives for automotive OEM applications.
  • Team player with excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills necessary.
  • Customer facing experience desired
  • Ability to travel as needed to provide service to customers (less than 10% overnight travel)
