Success in professional beauty care depends on constant innovation and high-quality products. In this role, you will bring to life innovative and relevant new products from concept to launch. This challenging, glamorous and dynamic position requires you to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams on a global scale.

Successful candidates will be a self-motivated, strong multitasker with a balance of creative and analytical skills.

YOUR ROLE

  • Drive innovation in all fields of product creation, from new product initiation to completion of production for all new product launches, as well as reformulations. 
  • Manage all project phases and timelines with sense of urgency and accuracy 
  • Lead new product innovation through a deep awareness of trends, consumer feedback, social listening, CRM data and competitor activity in order to recommend color shades, formulas and other innovation 
  • Collaborate with and support as needed cross functional departments (R&D, supply chain, finance, legal, regulatory, manufacturing, packaging, creative and education teams) 
  • Act as team leader and liaison between product development and marketing, education, communication and sales teams, advising them on new product process, strategies, execution and other relevant information 
  • Manage and oversee all marketing materials as it relates to new products and launches including managing the copy approvals process, ensuring legal requirements are met 
  • Determine COG targets, make recommendations on pricing strategy and create forecasts

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business 
  • At least 5 years Brand Marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills combined with strong leadership skills 
  • Strong project and financial management skills 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to function effectively as a leader and in a team environment 
  • International experience including strong networking skills 
  • Solid knowledge of consumer research
