Plant Controlling Analyst

Create and validate relevant financial information all North America Beauty & Laundry Plant Controlling tasks and functions, cost accounting reports, analyses and recommendations on distribution centers, plant or co-pack operations
Perform Variance Analysis and create reports for explanations, check accuracy of bill of materials and purchase information records and coordinate with the corresponding point person
Ensure forecast accuracy of product and production costs
Handle project-based analyses on brand developments, currencies, etc.
Maintain process documentation and ensure enhancements as needed and perform adhoc tasks requested by stakeholders and/or supervisor
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting-related courses
Minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience in finance or accounting preferably in plant or cost controlling
Intermediate MS Excel and MS PPT skills are required
VBA Macro and/or SAP experience is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
