Digital Technology Manager for Customer Journey (d/f/m)

  • Plan, manage and execute the overall direction for global digital touchpoints within the customer experience journey as well as digital platform projects within the customer experience in our Inspiration Center building
  • Lead front end and/or technical implementation of digital platforms within our customer experience (different digital proof points/apps for exhibitions needed to be steered centrally and make them scalable for other experience centers in the global roll-out)
  • Embed future CX options with new functionalities and connections to real-time data bases (like artificial intelligence, data enabled services etc.)
  • Consult purchasing for digital hardware and software contracts and support cost efficiency in lifecycle management
  • IT coordination of all modules for CX visits and take over inhouse updates as admin for Infinity Room, Elevators, Exhibitions and Atrium Labs from agency which SBU cannot do themselves
  • Collect and analyze data from different digital hubs with regard to project KPIs for measurement and impact assessment
  • Drive consolidation and evaluation of existing local portals/hubs into master architecture (Universal HUB)
  • Automated content testing
  • Collaborate with Marketing Teams globally and coordinate the roll-out into experience centers in the countries


  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Min. 5 year experience in marketing and high affinity to IT systems (e.g. Ventures, Content Management Systems)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Passionate about innovation topics, market trends and customer insights as well as technologies for driving an excellent customer experience
  • Excellent communication as well as collaboration skills
  • Fluent English language skills, any additional language is welcome
