  • Work in close coordination with Sales, Marketing, R&M, Trade Marketing and Supply Planning
  • Represents Traditional Trade demand planning and provides input and insights into supply chain plan review; sales budget controlling and reporting in coordination with related functions
  • Traditional trade weekly and monthly demand planning and forecasting in SKU basis in coordination with SC
  • Take active role in Monthly Sales Activity Planning and Demand Planning Meeting to monitor sales volume trend with statistical adjustment and market inputs
  • Complete “root cause” analysis to ensure ongoing Demand Planning improvements, including the review and analyses of statistical data
  • Coordinating budget reconciliation process
  • Reporting generation, supporting of Sales Management in analyses, optimization and training for Sales teams for distributors
  • Monthly sales premium calculation for Sales team and inform HR for payroll processes
  • Portfolio and stock monitoring and optimization for Henkel distributors, sub-brand & sub-category base and stock aging; ensuring the alignment between Henkel and distributors
  • Acting as a business partner, supporting and controlling distributors' business to create 3rd party sales support system
  • Leading standardized digital system by covering all sales steps of distributors from ordering to invoicing processes via working cooperatively with the 3rd party software and hardware suppliers


  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics & Engineering Departments is preferred
  • Up to 2 years of working experience in Finance, Controlling and/or Sales
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications, SAP is a plus
  • Team worker, problem solver, decision maker and initiative taker in planning and organizing various assignments
