As a Strategic Marketing Senior Manager, you will be driving regional and global marketing and strategy initiatives. The near-term focus will be supporting the development and implementation of enhanced go-to-market and strategic marketing capabilities focused on small and medium sized businesses. To make this vision a reality, you will be working closely with company leaders and key stakeholders to support and realize the continued improvement of overall business and operational performance


  • Support the regional and global execution of marketing & strategy initiatives
  • Support strategic direction and tactical execution of workstreams varying in topics with diverse stakeholders
  • Collaborate with different business units and company functions to drive our global Henkel Adhesives change agenda
  • Challenge and influence the strategic direction, processes, and status quo
  • Participate in reviews and planning sessions
  • Be a mentor, coach, and team member

  • Minimum Bachelor degree
  • MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of total work experience
  • 2+ years in Strategy / Strategic Marketing / Consulting / General Management
  • 2+ years in sales / market facing role
  • 2+ years relevant industry experience
  • Experience driving transformational topics from strategic concept through implementation
  • Experience with go-to-market strategy and implementation in industrial and international context
