  • Gain broad insights into the world of global HR strategy and digital transformation project management
  • Support in steering the conceptual preparation and organizational implementation of strategic transformation projects in the area of global talent management
  • Active collaboration and networking with key stakeholders from global HR community
  • Support the design and implementation of digital pilots and agile approaches
  • Steer the preparation of change management processes and communication campaign for global roll-out of a strategic project
  • Create communication material on strategic HR topics for global HR community, employees and people managers worldwide
  • Get insights into cloud technology, data-driven HR and digital transformation of HR processes
  • Join passionate, motivated and multinational team


  • Student who has successfully passed at least 2 years of business administration or similar studies, ideally with focus on human resources
  • Keen interest and ideally first practical experience in human resources, strategy, talent management, business development or consulting
  • Knowledge and first experience in the area of change management, digital platforms, cloud technology, global HR systems and processes as well as agile approaches is a plus
  • Profound communication skills and fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Reliability and good self-organization
  • Enthusiastic and positive team-player with high level of energy
  • Preferred starting date: October 2021 - March 2022
