As a Strategic Marketing Director, you will be leading regional and global marketing and strategy initiatives. The near-term focus will be on developing and implementing enhanced go-to-market and strategic marketing capabilities focused on small and medium sized businesses. To make this vision a reality, you will be working closely with company leaders and key stakeholders to support and realize the continued improvement of overall business and operational performance.
- Lead regional and global execution of marketing & strategy initiatives
- Help define and implement go-to-market and strategic marketing capabilities
- Oversee and drive regional and global execution of strategic initiatives, working directly across business unit, functional, and other key leadership stakeholders
- Set strategic direction and oversee tactical execution of workstreams varying in topics with diverse stakeholders
- Provide business and technical thought leadership and influence decision making within executive audiences
- Collaborate with different business units and company functions to drive our global Henkel Adhesives change agenda
- Drive global and regional change management initiatives
- Challenge and influence the strategic direction, processes, and status quo
- Participate in various leadership meetings and presentations
- Be a mentor, coach, and team member

- Minimum Bachelor degree
- MBA preferred
- 8+ years of total work experience
- 4+ years in Strategy / Strategic Marketing / Consulting / General Management
- 2+ years in sales / market facing role
- 2+ years relevant industry experience
- Experience driving transformational topics from strategic concept through implementation
- Experience with go-to-market strategy and implementation in industrial and international context
