YOUR ROLE

As a Compounder Flex Specialist, you will:

  • Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
  • Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
  • Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
  • Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed  
  • Work as a compounder with a level of mastery with no management direction to prepare, mix and adjust the manufacture of products in strict accordance with company formulation, quality standards, and production schedules as mapped on batch sheet instructions
  • Perform all essential functions of the production area roles that could include line coordinator, machine operator, material handler or similar roles required in other departments
  • Proficiently perform all compounding essential duties of both Central Weigh Technician and Operations
  • Transfer batches to portables / drums / storage tanks and complete inventory transactions
  • All other duties as assigned

YOUR SKILLS

  • High school diploma or GED or 6 months relevant compounding or mixing experience required
  • Strong math skills with attention to detail required including quality control practices
  • Experience using SAP (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing background required with weighing materials, industrial mixing and batching (preferred)
  • The position is in the factory and could involve standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day and the employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and must be able to reach, lift, bend and stoop without restrictions
