Global E-Commerce Manager Beauty Care Professional (d/f/m)

  • Develop global e-Commerce strategy, identify future growth drivers and lead implementation in alignment with all relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor competition, incl. markets, and build on current and future e-Commerce opportunities and trends for Henkel's businesses growth
  • Drive e-Commerce fundamentals with synergies cross-countries and cross-BUs (e.g. Content Production, e-Commerce Media Activation, etc.)
  • Pro-actively manage stakeholders across different hierarchy levels and business units, incl. top management, Regional parters and Country eCom leads
  • Develop and deploy holistic retailer collaboration offer and support countries in implementation
  • Build up leading e-Commerce / online expertise for Henkel to drive online growth
  • Develop and deploy tools as well as best practices to support e-Commerce business development in countries


  • Master's degree ideally in business administration, marketing, e-commerce or a related field
  • A genuine passion for the Beauty and Professional Hair industry
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in ecommerce roles maximizing sales targets, loyalty, and customer engagement, FMCG background preferred 
  • At least 2 years digital marketing experience
  • Pleasure in dealing with customers and already gained experience in handling commercial account management responsibilities with exposure to Online Pure Play and Beauty focused channels
  • Deep understanding of the digital customer acquisition funnel & web analytics
  • Deep knowledge of conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis, A/B testing and reporting tools
  • Ability to strategically develop and monitor eCommerce and digital marketing strategies
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter and have a passion for growing business
  • You enjoy getting stuck in to all levels of 'hands on' work required, and eventually want to lead a team
  • Pleasure in contributing and suggesting ways to improve the overall business 
  • Team player as well as the ability to work independently when necessary
  • Energetic self-starter who knows how to drive awareness and create attention online
  • Being agile, flexible and able to  react quickly to changing environments
  • Fluent English language skills, German language skills would be beneficial
