  • Work as part of an international and dynamic team defining and implementing a target group driven Sales channel and Marketing strategy
  • Define and execute Sales channel excellence roadmap globally within the SBU APP
  • Enable Sales performance in all regions by standardizing and optimizing tools along the entire sales process (trainings, KPIs, best-practice sharing, key user community)
  • Steer and implement transformational cross-A initiatives on Sales excellence topics for APP
  • Channel Management : Distribution, e-commerce, Inside Sales
  • Key Account Excellence program KAM(X)
  • Social Selling; Support Social Selling initiatives for APP business unit
  • Customer Relationship Management Tool (CRM-system)
  • Develop and provide input to the Sales Excellence training curriculum. In cooperation with the central training team (Campus)
  • Participation in global lead group team call with our central Sales Excellence Marketing team (AMS) and our central Digital Expert Team (DXA)
  • Represent our SBU (APP) and its needs in the global AMS calls
  • Implementation of these projects into the region
  • Test & roll out new tools / add-on functionalities for Sales excellence within the SBU


  • Min. 3 years of relevant work experience in Marketing/ Project Management / digital role
  • Ideally university degree in International Business Management or Business Administration
  • Outstanding communication and Project Management skills
  • Very strong conceptual and systematic thinking as well as problem-solving skills
  • Very good knowledge and understanding of MS Office
  • SAP basic knowledge is preferred
  • High affinity towards digitalization
  • Very good language skills in English and additional good knowledge of Spanish is welcomed
  • Team-oriented, flexible, self-motivated and analytical thinker
