Sales Engineer

YOUR ROLE

  • Candidate will be responsible for managing sales & business development in Non-Woven, Tissues & Towels segments covering Local Key Customers.
  • Drives sales development and growth with assigned customer portfolio and newly developed leads.
  • Executes local sales plans for assigned accounts in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers.
  • Builds and maintains strong global key account relationships.
  • Works closely with Henkel cross functional teams to provide the best customer experience.
  • Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool.
  • Supports transactional processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards, e.g. price and contract management in the system.
  • Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory.
  • Coordinates with TCS to conduct line trials / resolve customer requests and complaints.


YOUR SKILLS

  • Candidate with minimum 2 plus years of experience  ( PG qualified from reputed institute) or Minimum 3 plus years of experience ( UG from reputed institute) from Sales / Technical customer service background.
  • Engineering + MBA preferred or Engineering UG Other UG or PG degrees acceptable, if candidate is good & supported with strong relevant experience.
  • Written & verbal communication in English; Verbal communication in Hindi.
  • Active listening Business acumen
  • Prospecting & probing Social selling negotiation experience
  • Looking for candidate from segment like Diapers / Sanitary Napkins industry/Non Woven Top sheet producers Fluff producers (USA produced) / SAP powder producers/  Siliconized release paper producers/ 6PE back sheet or Top sheet producers/ Textile back sheet laminators.
