YOUR ROLE

  • Delivering sales, value share, trade spending, execution and fast listing targets for Traditional Trade Upper Segment Direct & Indirect Customers under his/her responsibility
  • Leading Joint Business Planning processes with customers; negotiating and aligning on trade terms and conditions, and following up on compliance
  • Building and maintaining sustainable and collaborative customer relationships to ensure effective partnerships at commercial & operational level
  • Designing and implementing account plans based on growth forecasts, market opportunities, and customer capabilities; in line with company strategy
  • Providing accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecast per customer
  • Supporting Distributor management operations; stock tracking, order preparation
  • Making sure that in-store sales fundamentals are flawlessly executed, via working closely with the field team
  • Regularly analyzing and reporting customer performance against KPIs; such as sales, value share and trade spending 

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing or a relevant discipline with successful academic record, MBA is also an asset
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in an FMCG company
  • Energetic, proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative
  • Strong attention to detail and organization; tenacity to execute flawlessly
  • Strong problem solving skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options and drive to resolution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Excellent presentation skills & advanced level of MS Office applications
