  • Participate in the integration of new business areas, like other brands, and support in projects for the continuous further development of processes
  • Act as the integral part to link and align the Supply Planning, Marketing and external partners with the business needs
  • Be part of the successful innovation pipeline of Henkel Beauty care by planning and aligning launch activities
  • Responsible for the achievement of successful CoPacking execution by coordinating and monitoring short- to long term sales demand plans with the help of the internal demand planning, and input from the Sales and Marketing teams for promotional activities or special impacts
  • Plan, execute and controll the full supply chain planning process by steering the external partners (3PL, 4PL) for promotional activities, net demands, inventory levels and the underlying processes
  • Identify slow moving articles and taking actions to manage their lifecycle


  • University degree in Economics, Supply Chain or comparable and knowledge of the interdependencies in a target-oriented company
  • Previous business experience in field of CoPackaging development or supply planning, preferably for an FMCG company
  • Motivation to further develop and coordinate the Henkel Beauty Care Professional CoPacking planning processes for the global Professional Business
  • Familiarity with SAP (preferably APO SNP, SAP R/3), high working experience in Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with reporting systems (PowerBI) 
  • Experience in presenting results and taking responsibilities in front of groups
  • Enjoying the analysis and having a precise, independent and structured way of working
  • Acting in a team, but also holding a motivation to strengthen it by acting as a role model 
  • Flexibility, open mindedness and ability to deal with setbacks
  • Fluent German and English language skills
