YOUR ROLE

  • Candidate will be responsible for managing sales & business development in Non-Woven, Tissues & Towels segments covering pan India accounts and adjacent markets of Bangladesh & Nepal.
  • Drives sales development and growth with assigned customer portfolio and newly developed leads.
  • Executes local sales plans for assigned accounts in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers.
  • Builds and maintains strong global key account relationships.
  • Works closely with Henkel cross functional teams to provide the best customer experience.
  • Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool.
  • Supports transactional processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards, e.g. price and contract management in the system.
  • Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory.
  • Coordinates with TCS to conduct line trials / resolve customer requests and complaints.
  • Grooming sales resource to drive sales & business development probing needs and negotiations.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Candidate with Bachelors degree in Engineering  + MBA is preferred.
  • Candidate with good 4+ years of experience in Sales & business development / Marketing from reputed  Institute.
  • Can also look for candidate from Technical Services Engineers / Process engineers / Product Managers with sales / commercial acumen.
  • Looking for candidate from segment like Diapers / Sanitary Napkins industry/Non Woven Top sheet producers
    Fluff producers (USA produced) / SAP powder producers/  Siliconized release paper producers/ 6PE back sheet or Top sheet producers/ Textile back sheet laminators.
  • Candidate with experience into Key account management, share strong interpersonal relationship.
