Data Insights & Analytics Manager - Digital Communications (d/f/m)

YOUR ROLE

  • Data-driven communication strategy: Conduct deep dive data insight and analysis reporting to enable communication strategy development supporting our company strategy & communication objectives
  • Insights analysis and management: Utilize insights based on key data sets to identify opportunities to sharpen our communication planning and content marketing strategy
  • KPI- based communication measurement: Develop & drive implementation of a clear performance measurement framework that measures outcomes and impact against communication targets and key messages
  • Product ownership of strategic data analytics & listening platforms: Manage Sprinklr & Brandwatch platform usage for our global communication team – incl. budget planning, GDPR/technology asset ownership in close collaboration with our IT organization
  • Lead social listening & management process implementation for ongoing communication, campaigns, issue and crisis management
  • Strategic partner to drive communication success: Collaborate with our global Corporate Communications team and external partners to plan, optimize and measure communication initiatives
  • Drive digital transformation within Corporate Communications through platform usage rollouts and upskilling initiatives – incl. hosting data trainings and enablement sessions for our global Corporate Communications team

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Communications, Media/Market Research, or another relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a marketing/communication environment
  • Experience of developing communication strategies from insights which are drawn from relevant data analysis, evaluation and organizational strategy
  • Sound experience of content marketing platforms including social media management & listening platforms and their use to communication effectively
  • Profound knowledge in data-based performance measurement, monitoring and analysis
  • Very structured and well-organized working style
  • Professional, empathic communication and presentation skills
  • Experience to collaborate in a global team: setting and measuring performance and inspiring change
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders in partnerships and through specific projects, programs
  • Profound project management skills
  • Very good MS office skills
  • Fluent English, German language skills are advantageous
