  • This position is primarily engaged in day-to-day customer service, order entry and related activities.
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the customer base both internally and externally.
  • Assists with product related inquiry as required.
  • Helps coordinate additional resources as required (Technical, Product Management, Sales Management etc.) Order entry execution and maintenance with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Issues New Part Releases (NPR’s) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s); Effectively manages blanket contracts.
  • Expedites customers’ orders and assists in maintaining on time deliveries of orders by working closely with Production, Product Management, Quality and Shipping personnel.


  • Two-year college degree or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in customer support or inside sales.
  • Industrial business-to-business experience a plus.
  • SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Must be computer savvy with experience using Microsoft products (Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams, Outlook).
