  • This position is responsible for managing the sales in the assigned region of South India. It requires interaction with internal stakeholders like Customer service, Technical Service, Key Accounts, Dispatch and SU Head and external stakeholders like Customers and Brands.
  • Responsible for managing, planning & implementing the business activities and take responsibility and manage turnover for the assigned region, also develop new business in the assigned region & to work closely with our Channel partner for market development.
  • Manage sales operations and credit control for the assigned region by identifying and networking with prospective clients, maintaining relations with key opinion leaders, generating business from the existing accounts, achieving profitability and increased sales growth and ensuring the sales target is met as per the Operating plan.
  • Able to provide value added solutions in terms of product, price & sustainability by conducting products trials along with technical team/consultant at various plants and showing the customers value addition in their production processes, thereby generating sales and retain current customer, manage & upgrade their satisfactory levels by handling their complaints/requirements.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors, executes pricing actions, organizing technical seminars, customer events, plant’s visit etc. to build mutual relationship with the customer.
  • Handling demand forecasting & managing inventory, ensuring optimum inventory levels with channel partners to ensure timely deliveries to the customers.
  • Managing operations involving coordination with customers, channel partner and Supply chain to achieve cost-effective & time saving Logistics solutions.
  • Locating and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining excellent relationships with customers to achieve repeat / referral business.
  • Conducting competitor analysis & competency mapping for keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
  • Collecting samples for analysis and providing test report from Henkel India technical center and supervising the accounts, receivables and credit control of each account.
  • Mapping client’s requirements, attending / conducting business user meeting, project planning & scheduling, coordinating with technical teams to ensure project health and providing them customized business solutions.


  • Any engineering graduate (Preferably MBA) with relevant experience in South Region for Sports & Fashion Industry.
  • Good communication skills, good presentation skills, good in MS office and Understanding of Telegu Language is added advantage.
  • Positive attitude, Quick learner and agility to adopt, handling key accounts and distribution management, stakeholder management etc.
