Power Platform Architect (d/f/m)

  • Work with Product Owner/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features
  • Collect requirements and transform them into technical specifications and a solution design
  • Create user interfaces with Power Apps with business logic and attendant workflows
  • Integrate data from other sources with Power Automate and other tools. Persist data using SharePoint or other databases
  • Mentor and provide architectural guidance to multiple teams building innovative applications
  • Demonstrate broad solutions of technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction, exerting influence outside of the immediate team and driving change
  • Define the governance and steer the operations of the Power Platform
  • Align our strategy for the Power Platform with Microsoft’s roadmap, our lessons learnt and future business needs
  • Run a community of experts, power users and key stakeholders
  • Persist patterns & best practices and conduct regular knowledge sharing sessions


  • University degree in computer science, business informatics, technical engineering or similar
  • 5+ years’ work experience in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Solution Architectures on Microsoft or similar
  • Deep knowledge of Office 365 Collaboration Services like SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Groups and all services of the Power Platform; knowledge in Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • Knowledge of architecting IT solutions, data modeling and business analysis techniques, business concepts/processes
  • Experience with large, multi-national projects and teams
  • English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication is a must; German language skill is a plus
  • Knowledge in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Office Add-In development is beneficial 
  • Knowledge of a programming language (C#, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell or similar) is beneficial
  • Knowledge about Azure, especially Azure Functions and Azure DevOps is beneficial
  • Motivated team player with an entrepreneurial mind-set and a willingness to take responsibility
