Henkel Adhesive Technologies is the global leader in the adhesives market across all industry segments worldwide. You will work with international customers selling products such as structural and elastomeric bonding, machinery adhesives, electronics assembly and new technologies. You will be a part of both a global and local team of Key Account Managers, whom you will cooperate and spar with to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
·Play lead role at Key Accounts for the concerning region. Maintain, elevate, strengthen Henkel’s key relationships at the account and ensure customer satisfaction
·Full responsibility for product recommendations, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting
·Perform technical visits, maintain and acquire in depth knowledge of Henkel’s products and their application in customer processes
·Translate customer’s strategy and priorities to ensure that Henkel are maximizing business potential within the account and are delivering unique customer value
·Industry knowledge (electronics, mechanical, specialist vehicles).
·Previous experience in a similar role is required (at least 5 years)
·Strong Sales and Business development skills
·Excellent negotiation capabilities
·Relationship management, capability to manage complex processes
·Be good at working independently, but also at collaboration with your international peers.
·Fluent in English
·IT skills – ability to work in a digitized environment
