Senior Manager CRM Development (d/f/m)

  • Lead internal and external development teams for complex, business critical CRM development projects including coordination of developments, test and quality management, onboarding, and knowhow exchange
  • Focus on application development with a priority on user-experience and new intelligent automation technologies
  • Steer Business requirements engineering, IT concept creation and solution architecture for SAP Sales Cloud and consult Business stakeholders on CRM solutions
  • Responsible for implementation of demands / change requests concerning SAP CRM solutions as well as Project management topics
  • Train and support staff in developments & configuration of the SAP Sales Cloud
  • Provide effective technology service and support internal stakeholder and consult them on CRM solutions
  • Educate other departments in regards to CRM and join projects where CRM input is required


  • Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 10+ years of SAP CRM development experience with at least 5 end-to-end CRM projects
  • Experience in leading projects with agile methodologies
  • Proven ability to lead large development teams in complex implementation projects and practical experience with SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) cloud, CPI Integration, S/4 HANA
  • Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented development concepts and CRM development
  • Proven hands on experience with new-age UI technologies (FIORI, UI5, SAP Screen Personas)
  • Proven ability to integrate SAP CRM and SAP ECC 
  • Middleware experience with the execution of bi-directional data exchange between SAP CRM & ECC back-end
  • Experience with SAP Sales Cloud and with SAP CPQ and Service Cloud is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of CRM Pricing using IPC & IPC enhancement development is a plus
  • Prior experience in developing CRM Order management functions is a plus
  • SAP certifications desirable e.g.: SAP Customer Experience Suite certifications across any/all of the modules but specifically SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP CRM 7.0
