- Lead continuous improvement / development of digitalized sales leads program together with IT development team, marketing team & leads management team: 1. Incubate & manage improvement opportunities for the program; 2. Develop& implement aligned/ approved demands with technical / marketing team; 3. Manage involved distributors to achieve defined business target
- Manage involved distributors (digitalized sales leads program) to identify business opportunities & generate targeted business growth through sales leads: 1. Define eCommerce channel strategy & roadmap; 2. Recruit & onboard new high potential eCommerce distributor; 3. Lead existing eCommerce distributor life cycle management
- Develop & manage qualified distribution channel to support growth ambition for eCommerce business
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred major in business / marketing / eCommerce
- 2~5 years’ working experience, experiences in digital marketing / eCommerce are preferred
- Fast-learning, self-driven, strong sense of ownership
- Great communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Passion for digitalization, technology & eCommerce
