YOUR ROLE

  • Develop and steer global sales & channel excellence roadmap in the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Lifestyle
  • Build strategic agenda for all business lines to excel and energize the sales & marketing organization and drive sustainable and profitable growth
  • Drive professional account management at global Key Accounts
  • Design and drive alternative sales channel concepts globally (including distribution, E-Commerce and Social Selling)
  • Own and steer customer and territory road-mapping in the SBU Lifestyle
  • Improve sales performance by ensuring full utilization of the Henkel CRM-tool
  • Drive, monitor & benchmark achievement of quantitative and qualitative KPIs
  • Form a sales & channel excellence community in the SBU Lifestyle, develop junior team members and act as a focal point of global Adhesives Technologies sales & channel excellence community

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in different B2B sales or marketing related roles
  • Solid understanding of the key components like Key Account Management and Channel Strategy
  • Outstanding leadership and partnering capabilities within a customer-focused organization
  • High numeric and analytic capabilities and strong business acumen
  • Well-developed business management, negotiation and customer relationship building skills
  • Strong convincing, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
