Associate Account Manager - Railways

YOUR ROLE

  • Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing  or acquired new customers.
  • Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities.
  • Executes pricing actions.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory.
  • Coordinates with Technical Customer Service to conduct line trials or resolve customer requests and complaints.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Candidate with minimum 3 years of experience with Bachelors degree in Engineering Chemical or Mechanical are preferred catering to Railway customers.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing environment in rail industry.
  • Ability to build relationship with engineers and purchasers in customer organization.
  • Distributor management.
  • Price and profit management
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Looking for candidate handling from Adhesive sales background.
