Global eCommerce 3P Marketplace Lead - Remote

  • Join the world’s largest adhesives producer with a unique portfolio of breakthrough innovations, tailor-made solutions and strong brands in adhesives, sealants and functional coatings
  • Make an impact in our journey to excellence in end-to-end Customer Experience by supporting our Henkel Adhesives Digital Transformation with the goal to become a fully Customer centric and data-driven organization
  • Define global strategy for Third Party Marketplace eCommerce, B2B and B2C
  • Provide global and local recommendations on models, structure, processes in order to drive business growth, including refine & roll out Third Party Marketplace Playbook
  • Work in tandem with business units and local leads around the world to understand local requirements, identify points of friction in the customer journey, and identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure a successful launch and expansion into relevant 3rd party marketplaces for our different business units both on an operational (hands-on) and strategic level
  • Build, grow and lead an eCommerce Third Party Marketplace center of excellence
  • Leveraging data & analytics to improve the customer experience and ensure KPIs are being met


  • 10+ years experience with a minimum of 5+ years eCommerce experience, specifically Third Party Marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, etc)
  • Passionate about all things eCommerce
  • Experience in successfully launching and managing products on 3rd party marketplaces both operationally (hands on) and strategically
  • In depth professional knowledge of Digital Commerce and experience using data, market trends to identify and define new eCommerce business opportunities
  • A strong customer orientation and collaborative approach
  • Experience leading a team within global, cross-cultural, and cross-functional work environments
  • Ability to work within a matrix organization leading and managing stakeholders around the world
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skill, in order to drive large transformational projects
  • Strong troubleshooting, creative problem solving skills
