Develop and execute safety, health and environmental (SHE) plans in the workplace according to Henkel Standards and local law guidelines; Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety
Conduct and coordinate various Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) trainings to Henkel employees; Coordinate with external healthcare providers in implementation of Henkel SHE activities (e.g., vaccination, pre-employment examinations, etc.)
Assess employee health risks, focus on prevention of illness and work-related injuries and environmental hazards; Provide basic healthcare services to all employees of the three (3) legal entities in Henkel Philippines and coordinate closely with the Assigned Nurse in the other two Henkel Philippines entities (Henkel Philippines Inc. and Henkel Philippines Applied Technologies, Inc.)
Monitor pre-employment medical result and provide recommendation to Recruitment Team; Monitor COVID-19 cases for all Henkel PH entities as required
Ensure implementation and adherence to Henkel Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
Ensure compliance to regulatory reports, annual illness reports and other Henkel and PH requirements; Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; Must be a Registered Nurse
Minimum of eight (8) years' relevant experience as a corporate nurse with SHE expertise in a shared service/BPO/FMCG industry
Certification in Basic Occupational Safety and Health and Business Continuity Plan are required; Basic knowledge in MS Word, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Intermediate MS Excel skills are mandatory
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; Must have strong presentation and organizational skills, critical thinking, and good judgement
