  • Collaborating with the Global teams within the Supply Chain Beauty for development of new analytical tools
  • Design & requirements specifications of analytics tool to support supply chain
  • Build logic with experts and coordinate data scientists for developments.
  • Visualizations of tools for easy user experience, management dashboard
  • Ensuring user satisfaction and delivering continuous improvement as well as responsible for the overall success of the project’s implementation.
  • Lead new enterprise BI project from Supply Chain (product owner for Beauty Care):
  • Align and Coordinate with central IT/digital team, cross BU/function teams, Global Process Owners and Regional key users
  • Build Dashboards in collaboration with experts’ teams (create visualizations)
  • Define timelines and responsible for roll out/implementation of new enterprise BI tool for Beauty Care
  • Communicates, clarifies expectations with the management and stakeholders
  • Working with the various stake holders (throughout the entire value chain) across all the regions to plan the priorities.
  • Owns the user experience, understands end user business value, and prioritizes accordingly.
  • Partnering with the central IT/digital teams to understand, set-up and maintain current and future end to end analytics platform and big data management capabilities.


  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business
  • Administration or any Engineering related field
  • 3 years+ of Analytics/Business Intelligence experience
  • High Supply chain understanding, either from prior position or interest and genuine interest to help improve.
  • Experience in working with Scrum methodology
  • Previous experience as an analyst, knowledge on Python, SQL, PowerBI is a plus
  • Taking ownership and being responsible for success of what is recommended and
  • delivered, in all phases of the engagement
  • Advance level of reporting and analytics capabilities. Demonstration and presentation skills.
  • Create high level of testing tactics and user acceptance criteria.
  • You are familiar about how organizations work and how to get things done both through formal and the informal network.
