·Support all activities to maintain the certification of the QMS to ISO9001 and IATF 16949.
·Conduct and coordinate internal quality audits, supplier and customer audits.
·Support and maintain documentation such as PPAP, customer agreements & questionnaires.
·Support Calibration and measurement system analysis (MSA) activities.
·Support the control of documentation in HIMDOC and assure all relevant AIMS documentation is available locally.
·Participate in the European integrated management system (IMS) meetings and local implementation.
·Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organisation and participate in teams to drive continuous improvement.
·Assure the systems for non-conforming material (NCM) management are in place and used.
·Participate in the supplier and customer complaint process as required.
·A Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science or Engineering or a similar related discipline.
·A qualification in Quality or Auditor Certification would be an advantage.
·A knowledge or experience in working with adhesive technology, quality management systems, LEAN Tools, packaging technology or GMP would be an advantage.
·Good communication and IT skills are required.
·Must have the ability to work individually, or as a member of a team.
