YOUR ROLE

  • Become a part of our cross-functional team that supports the strategy deployment and operational set-up for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Henkel’s Corporate Functions (all departments reporting to CEO, CFO & CHRO)
  • Translate the global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion action plan for the Corporate Functions into strong concepts and initiatives, which bring Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to life and create value
  • Lead workstreams in Diversity & Inclusion for all three Corporate Functions
  • Develop impactful communication strategies internally and externally
  • Deploy internal diversity networks within the Corporate Functions
  • Monitor KPIs and targets regarding Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
  • Actively collaborate with the three Diversity, Equity & Inclusion change leaders for the Corporate Functions as well as Henkel’s global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team and other ambassadors
  • Represent the Corporate Functions at internal and external D&I events and networks

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in economics, business administration or psychology (preferably marketing, communication or human resources)
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in human resources, communication, or strategy, ideally working on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion or change management related topics
  • International experience preferred
  • Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Genuine passion for the topic of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion along with a proven understanding and expertise
  • Excellent team player with an exceptional level of self-drive, creativity, passion, and a truly open and inclusive mindset
  • Advanced digital and social media skills
  • Outstanding communication and analytical skills
  • Strong networking capabilities
  • Fluent in English
