YOUR ROLE

  • Whole OtC (Order To Cash) process with the customer from order capture, order to invoice processing and complaints management requests and issues.Customer interactions (Internal/ External)
  • CSL performance: coordination with both Customers & Sales to reach excellence in on-time & in-full deliveries
  • Customer Complaints investigation Order Capture (EDI, Customer vendor portal, Phone, email...)
  • Order Processing, Orders Management Support Finance Team in Cash collection & overdue invoice chasing / disputes if required
  • Claims Management (Customer interaction and ad-hoc analysis during inbound call)
  • Amazon & SAP management
