YOUR ROLE

  • Support the incubation and open innovation team in developing new digital business models in close collaboration with our three business units (e.g. as part of the incubation program)
  • Own set of responsibilities for specific projects in collaboration with senior project managers
  • Use new ways of working within the Henkel dx department to develop new business ideas, e.g. design thinking, value proposition and business model canvas, rapid prototyping etc.
  • Preparation of and participation/support in ideation and innovation workshops with employees
  • Support Community management and communication for internal innovator community
  • Cooperate with other departments, partners, and agencies to drive projects and program
  • Assist in administrative tasks from pre-ideation to MVP phase

YOUR SKILLS

  • (Master)-Student who has successfully passed first semesters of studies, with a strong career focus on either/or digital business, innovation and entrepreneurship, investing, startups
  • Practical experience (e.g. internships) in startups, digital roles and consulting are beneficial
  • Fluent English language skills required, German and other languages are advantageous
  • Self-motivated and creative team-player with an ability to challenge the status quo
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Preferred start: July 2022 for 6 months
