YOUR ROLE

  • Manage Sales Force, fixing goals and procedures to develop sales action and reach targets
  • Define long term plan for Hardware&PRO business in term of ambition, KPI’s evolution, structure
  • Plan and coordinate sales activities to reach targets of turnover, distribution and profit
  • Monitoring of new launches
  • Define investment policy according to Consumer Adhesives standards

YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Economic field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Sales with knowledge of similar Business and geographic area
  • Proactive Sales person with strong orientation to customer, negotiation, results and business analysis
  • Previous experience of people management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in Italian and good level of English
