Net Revenue Manager (NRM) - Laundry & Home Care (m/f/x)

You are integrating an inspiring organization operating within one of the most dynamic FMCG markets. Within the Trade Marketing, eCommerce and Net Revenue Management team, you will have a key role to support the organization to maximize revenue growth by optimizing assortment, pricing and promotion. You will be a key corner stone between sales & marketing. 

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Sales co-pilot
    • Promotional management: 
      • Owner of the promo planning (from defining the right template to giving best-in-class insights in order to optimize revenue within a certain promo budget)
      • Analysis of our own promotions based on internal & customer KPIs
      • Analysis of the competition
    • Revenue management: Providing key insights & support to sales team based on margin & trade investments analysis
  • Marketing co-pilot: Assortment management: Fact based analysis in order to recommend marketing team on assortment changes (price & format strategy)
  • Developing a concrete implementation plan together with the sales & marketing teams
  • Monitoring the execution of the recommended initiatives or action plan
  • Presenting your recommendations to the management team

You will be also working in an international team, developing your network by sharing best practices with other countries.

This role will potentially allow you to develop within the organization (at national or international level) in sales, marketing or further in NRM.



  • Master degree in Economics/Business Studies along with a strong interest in Sales & Marketing in the field of Fast Moving Consumer Goods 
  • First successful experience as Account Manager, Category Manager, Brand Manager is an asset
  • Analytical skills: ability to perform advanced analysis (e.g., structure the problem, collect data, identify issues and present results)
  • Ability to interact and convince as well as actively participate in meetings and group discussions with individuals from various parts of the organization (e.g., Marketing, Sales, International)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, teamplayer who thinks in terms of solutions, autonomous with a strong sense of initiative
  • Computer skills: advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required 
  • Fluent in English, good knowledge of French or Dutch
