Senior Process Architect (d/f/m)

YOUR ROLE

  • Join the Value Chain Platform (VCP) team in Henkel dx, driving Henkel’s technology and data and process architecture
  • Ensure business process governance and organize regular reviews with Henkel Process Owners
  • Maintain process documentation standards and the VCP process and capability structure model
  • Manage business process documentation tools (Signavio)
  • Coaching of colleagues working on process documentation
  • Identify improvement opportunities and elaborate solutions by using new technologies as well as evolving industry best practices
  • Actively participate in Henkel’s SAP S/4HANA projects and drive towards an integrated business process documentation

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience; preferably as enterprise architect and/or business process manager
  • Knowledge of process documentation and respective tools (e.g. Signavio)
  • EPR background knowledge (e.g. S/4HANA)
  • Experience in working with intercultural teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to create and explore business opportunities through digital

  • Attractive salary according to the Austrian collective agreement of chemical industry at least € 57,400/year gross (willingness to overpay according to your experience)
