YOUR ROLE

Are you fond of Power BI and Excel? Do you believe data consolidation and analysis helps companies to interpret data and make strategic decisions? Are you interested in driving innovative solutions?


As a Reporting Specialist, you will become a member of the Marketing & Sales Adhesives Development Process (ADP) team that supports innovation project managers in various phases of the project life cycle. Your task is to identify relevant data sources for the requested reports, interpret and compile it in your final output. The resulting reports will help your business partners monitor their project portfolio and take the right decisions in alignment with Henkel’s business strategy.


In your new position, you will:

  • Develop and configure standard and ad-hoc reports using various tools (MS Excel, Report Builder)
  • Support report transformation from MS Excel to Power BI
  • Have an impact on process harmonization, look for automation possibilities, optimize efficiency and data quality
  • Make your ideas count by being involved in continuous improvements initiatives

  • Be firmly in the intermediate Excel skills camp
  • Understand the basics of Pivot Tables and Power Query
  • Have experience with Power BI to take your reports to the next level
  • Speak fluent written and spoken English for effective communication with international stakeholders
  • Have good organization, time management and problem-solving skills to work independently and handle your own set of reports
  • Be a self-motivated team player with attention to detail and accuracy
