Agile Organizational Coach (d/f/m)

  • Ensure an Agile mindset & practices within and across all Business Units and Functions at Henkel, in all regions: value-based ways of working, empowered teams, systematic customer focus, direct communication and fast alignment towards a common goal
  • Strategize and implement the preconditions for organizational Agility, such as consistent and global training portfolio, organize communities of practice, ensure governance, define KPIs, create and maintain globally available tool boxes etc.
  • Drive a cross-BU & Functions Agile@Henkel Team to develop and foster an Agile mindset and transparency on Agility across the organization
  • Be a change Agent and Role Model: Understand, apply and diffuse Agile working techniques/ methodologies, across the organization and tailored to specific teams and their needs
  • Lead project teams and organizational units in using Agile methodology
  • Provide trainings of Agile frameworks 


  • Master degree in Business, Psychology or similar with preferably 5 years of work experience
  • Profound knowledge and practical experience, including certification in Agile methods (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe, Kanban, Design Thinking etc.)
  • Demonstrated skills in conceptualization, org development and strategy (including MS Office package, especially PowerPoint)
  • Overview, knowledge and practical skills in common tools that are used for Agile methods (e.g. Trello, MIRO, MS Azure DevOps etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability for complex stakeholder management, creative problem-solving and independent work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

    Please note: The position is for a fixed term of 2 years with the intention of permanency thereafter
