  • Complete ownership over recruitment process, from hiring requisition to offer management
  • Main contact point for hiring managers and candidates for all recruitment related topics
  • Close collaboration with HR Business Partners and other business colleagues, as well as personnel agencies
  • Work with online as well as offline professional recruitment tools, for communication and proper administration
  • Involvement in local employer branding activities


  • Minimum 3 years work experience in active Recruitment is a must
  • Advanced level of Slovak and English is a must, other language is very welcome
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools, mainly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Highly partnership oriented, strong in communication and negotiation
  • Open-minded, friendly and polite, able to adapt quickly
  • Previous years of  experience from multicultural environment is an advantage
