  • Responsible for Henkel Beauty Care’s consumer website strategy encompassing all global websites
  • Define, implement, and constantly improve customer journeys: Steer the development of website features and new website modules, adopting a test and learn approach
  • Web Performance, SEO & Tracking Optimization: Steer agencies to generate the best possible websites; articulate SEO content needs, oversee and optimize search engine visibility, performance, usability, and conversions with partners
  • Develop best practices, guidelines, and templates for building new brand/product sites
  • KPI monitoring & reporting: Monitor website analytics and report performance, benchmark against competitors and own benchmarks, derive and share learnings
  • Identify trends and insights, evaluate emerging technologies: Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption
  • Interconnect and work in a multi-market, multi-brand, multi-stakeholder environment on all topics relates to website excellence, goal setting and escalation
  • Steer agencies and internal development teams to ensure completion of website deliverables and operational excellence, master stakeholder management in a matrix organization


  • Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 5 years of work experience in digital marketing, preferably in a CGP (consumer packaged goods) company, a retailer or digital agency with beauty or CPG focus
  • Knowledge of website standards and best practices, including but not limited to SEO practices, global compliance standards, CMS, analytics, features and functionality
  • Strong analytical skills with mastery of Google Analytics
  • Good level of business understanding to balance business need vs. effort and outcome
  • Hands-on experience with website content management systems, SEO and CRM; basic understanding in reading, not writing HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus
  • Pertains an aesthetic design mindset, enjoys clean UX and designs
  • Proactive character that takes ownership, natural problem solver with hands-on mentality
  • A team player who is comfortable working across large, global cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English, German a plus
