  • You are going to drive digitalization of The Campus; how we bring our sales training offering to the global community of sales professionals in a modern, sustainable format, supporting our value proposition of driving behavioural change
  • Make an impact on our learning landscape through technology & market scoping, selection, implementation and integration of new digital training technologies and processes
  • You will be responsible for the management and continuous development of existing digital training platforms and technologies
  • Lead and develop the digital content management & creative team in content creation with both external agencies and an internal network of subject matter and training experts
  • Engage with senior management and SBU stakeholders to inform and represent the digital pillar of the sales training function

  • Successfully completed master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or comparable
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience, including  around 2 years of Sales experience or experience implementing collaborative projects with Sales
  • Project management expertise and experience at a high level
  • Leadership mentality with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong analytical skills and an empathetic, credible communicator at all levels
  • Learning & Development expertise as well as training, facilitation or coaching experience, would be beneficial
  • Fluent in English; further language skills are beneficial 
  • Occasional international travel will be required
