  • Be the "go-to expert" for everything in Social Media
  • Write and develop commercial content for our Henkel Beauty Care Professional websites and social media channels ensuring that online and offline communication materials & assets trigger the right reaction at the target audience and are visually attractive
  • Be responsible for Community management
  • Identify suitable trade and consumer influencers and guide them in their work
  • Develop and place online/social media advertising campaigns
  • Develop mailings and brochures in close cooperation with internal designers and external agencies
  • Analyze campaigns and channel performance and  share best practices with the internal organization as well as with selected clients and the US communications team
  • Closely collaborate and network with key internal stakeholders (Brand Marketing teams, eCom team, Designers, Education Team) to achieve defined goals
  • Represent the EMEA Communications team in meetings with the Global brand holder (proxy function for the PR & Communications Manager)


  • Bachelor Degree in Communications, marketing or journalism or relevant experience
  • 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a B2C luxury goods, fashion or beauty environment
  • Strong communications skills
  • Strong Teamworker with excellent networking and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to work with colleagues form different cultural backgrounds and levels
  • Analytical skills and strong aptitude for data and analytics
  • Keen interest in digital marketing trends and marketing analytics
  • Pro-active and self-motived
  • Excellent English language skills
